From the front, this house welcomes you with a spacious parking lot that can accommodate more than five cars, making it ideal for various family events and formal occasions. The floating character of the building creates a light, modern, and iconic architectural impression from the first glance.

Entering the first floor, visitors are greeted by an outdoor-themed foyer, creating a transitional experience reminiscent of entering an exclusive resort. This area features storage for outdoor gear, while the play of sunlight entering through strategic openings creates a warm and calming atmosphere.

At the heart of the house is a large prayer room with curved shapes typical of Middle Eastern architecture. The presence of a fish pond and the reflection of natural light create a peaceful, spiritual atmosphere that is both pleasing to the eye. The sunken seating area is the perfect place to gather and enjoy moments of reflection with the family.

A gentle, all-ages-friendly ramp connects the main area to the open-space family room, which blends into the clean kitchen. This space serves as the center of family activities, providing a seamless connection between the interior, garden, and outdoor areas.

Still on the first floor, there's a guest room or parents' room, designed for comfort and easy access. The room's location adjacent to the swimming pool offers a private villa-like experience, complete with a sunken seating area that creates a relaxed and exclusive atmosphere.
