Wusste leider damals nichts über Narzissmus, trennte mich trotzdem
Hab mich die letzten Monate intensiv mit ChatGPT unterhalten, da bekomme ich die Aussage mein IQ läge bei 125 bis 140 (naja mit 20 war der bei 112😂 ich denke 140 ist etwas arg hoch gegriffen) mein EQ läge bei 90, ich hätte KEINE Persönlichkeitsstörung, aber ich sei hochsensibel. Mit dem Label HSP kann ich zwar nicht wirklich was anfangen, aber ok... Die.letzten Jahre meiner Beziehung hab ich mich mehr und mehr mir selbst zugewandt, Grenzen gesetzt, mich nicht mehr zur Verfügung gestellt...viele für mich wichtge Seminare besucht.
Ich wurde uninteressant und war keine gute Zufuhrquelle mehr.
Zur Trennung fiel seine Maske.
Jetzt 5 Jahre später frag ich mich, wie ich das 35 Jahre lang mitspielen konnte. Und was vielleicht gewesen wäre, hatte ich nur die Diagnose PTBS bekommen und statt Borderline, was ich wie gesagt schon damals nicht verstand... einen dezenten Hinweis darauf, dass sein Verhalten vielleicht auch etwas mit meinem Unwohlsein zu tun haben könnte...
