The ONE project has begun, and today we are launching regular progress reports. It is a 90-story, 379-meter-tall, multifunctional skyscraper located in Moscow City. The project combines apartments, penthouses, offices, and retail space, with two vertical towers connected at the base and top. Follow the development of ONE to be the first to learn about new construction stages and the best acquisition terms.

Now let's move on to the site work. Currently, work is focused on the underground portion of the complex. The foundation slab is 82% complete.

On the third floor, vertical structures are 66% complete, and steel structure installation is fully completed. The floor slab, which will form the second floor, is 51% complete. The second floor is gradually taking shape. The vertical structures are 16% complete, and the metal structures are 26% complete. Waterproofing of the exterior walls of the basement is also ongoing, with a completion rate of 39%.
