Kids in the 70's had no problems AT ALL, not at school and DEFINITELY not at home as the dad took care of business when it was needed.

Bars and clubs kept cigarette vending machines for years after they disappeared from everywhere else because they technically should have a carded crowd. Riding in the back of a truck was a favorite of mine as a kid.

Infants also didn't have car seats. They would sit on their mother's lap or the drivers lap.

And the way way back in the station wagon was the best seats

The time my parents painted my bedroom when I was 6 I started hallucinating! I can still remember the feeling. That’s probably why I was diagnosed with autism and ADHD in my 50s

We used to get smokes from the vending machine at the bowling alley back in elementary school in the 80's.

We didn't have smoking sections we had NON smoking sections. 😂
