I've been really enjoying these technique videos.

Meyram is a great example of this as well. Maybe the best in the gi currently.

The last technique was more of a Yoko Tomoe Nagi than a Hiza Guruma.

Best content on Flo right now. First uki waza style reversal would be scored as a sweep because the grip and offbalancing originated and was continuous from the guard :)

Awesome stuff. Please analyze Adam Wardzinski's half butterfly pull to knee lever motion. I can't figure out how he makes it work without the full sleeve pull and bridging hips hard before the knee lever sweep. Thanks!

Great analysis, this is an exciting direction for the sport. Takedown and being on top should be more rewarded imo. On a recent podcast, Robert Drysdale gave examples regarding the bound between the rules and the development of the sport. And among them, he talked about giving the win to the person on top in case of a tie. It would be interesting to see what development this kind of rule would bring.

Great video, love these breakdowns!

Great breakdown

Danaher's open guard video is a great resource for this type of wrestle up.

Great breakdown of my favorite Gi player at the moment! Real quality content.

Last one sis sick. Going to try it tomorrow.

Great analysis man

Flo you rock

Danaher and Gordon have been doing this kind of stuff for a really long time.

13:00 that is a guard pull, sweep.

O que é novo pra vocês? Eu  já treino isso a 20 anos

takedown 1 2:46
takedown 2 6:45
takedown 3 13:03

Transitioning from stand up  into ground work takes away the need to guard pass... a concept that has been around in judo for eons

This right here was an insta click

Where do u think he got all this from, Rafa Mendez was doing this 20 years ago 😂
