"Is that gasoline I smell?"
Brandon's delivery of this line is immaculate.

I did The Crow as a Halloween costume many (twenty-ish) years ago for an ad agency party. Asked a friend to put a couple of shotgun rounds through an old black t-shirt for authenticity.
Add tight black vinyl pants and some black electrical tape, and make-up done by an industry professional making a few bucks on the side.
To my delight, a gorgeous lass who worked for our main video editing crew (who I had a bit of a crush on) turned up as Edward Scissorhands, and we spent most of the evening being thrust together for photo-shoots. Sadly she was already spoken for, but it was a very fun night nonetheless.

Not a day goes by that I won't use a "Well, shit on me!" at the slightest inconvenience. Someone cut me off in traffic? Stub my toe on the chair leg? No milk for the cereal? "Well, shit on me!"

Thanks for reacting to one of my favorite movies.

R.I.P. Brandon Lee

"That would be a good Halloween costume". Surely nobody thought of that. 😂🥴

"Apparently it always rains"
It can't rain all the time...

It can't rain all the time" Eric Draven (RIP Brandon Lee).  EPIC film. Thank you Jilllyyyy.

His get ready music the burn by the cure

Already dress as crow couple of times for Halloween. 1994 and 2007

Interesting that you mention the similarity to the joker, because there is also the scene where he faces the bad guy holding Sarah and he says " let her go" and he literally lets her go and she slides down the roof, same in The Dark Knight .
Then there is the scene where  Eric disappears and the cop tells Sarah " he does that a lot", again just like Dark Knight when Gordon says the same about Batman.
Probably just coincidence 😉

Soundtrack was dope in the 90 🔥 Pantera, NiN… wonderful reaction Jillyyy 🫶

Can't rain all the time...   I love The Crow.

Jill: "That'd be a good halloween costume"
Me, having been a teen in the late 90s that saw everyone and their mother go as the Crow: 😑

The movie and the story it is based on are classics for a reason. This is a film about justice for victims and a love stronger than death...

14:36 Brandon Lee(Eric) died shooting this scene. The version in the movie is an earlier take.

This isn't a 'goth' movie because of the music or the make-up.
It's a goth movie because of the tragic romance.

It’s funny that you said that Eric’s look whould make a cool Halloween costume. I did dressed like that for Halloween some years ago.

26:50 "Have you considered piracy?"
no, that would be inconceivable...

Such a great film mate. Saw it on release and went back to see it when they put it on the big screen again for its 30th anniversary! Great soundtrack too 🤘🏼🤘🏼
