For 64 years of marriage, I cooked all the main meals for our family. My boys are grown and moved to other parts of the country and my wife passed away 2 1\2 years ago. Now  I eye eat  the recipes that look good to me, don,t gain weight, don,t dribble on my shirt, and keep a pretty good waistline. Boy would I like to put some weight on with these recipes. Thank you

I made this with Gluten Free flour for a guest with Celiac and it was a hit for all guests. One guest said all the scalloped potato recipes she has tried have been missing something, and this one did not disappoint.

My grandmother made them every Friday  during Lent.

I would like the whole recipe looks scrumptious

See! I love the tip of cutting the cream/milk in the béchamel and leaning into a veloute

I made this about a month ago and cut down on the herbs a little. It was a fantastic dish and the best scalloped potatoes I've ever made.

I made these potatoes this evening and served with a baked pineapple honey glazed ham. Absolutely spectacular! One comment was ‘this is the best potatoes I’ve ever eaten in my life!’ Lol. Thanks for this. Subscribed!

My favorite food channel! Bethany your my favorite to listen to, learn from and look at…. Everything is beautiful as is this recipe YUMM!  I also loved the Italian Sub video, I love cold cuts

Just watching this makes me hungry! Looks so creamy and flavorful 😋

I haven't had scalloped potatoes since I was a kid. I loved them. I'm now 81 y.o. and your video has inspired me to make this recipe. I have no idea how my mother made them but your recipe looks great. I'm sure there are many recipes out there but you haven't failed me yet. It's on my to do list.

Lovely recipe; one I've never made, so thank you!  Good health to all on board!

Love this recipe!

Bethany, you're my new favorite chef. Thanks much for the recipes and please keep them coming.🎉

Another beautiful meal from a gorgeous angel!!😇 😊

You just gave me the Thanksgiving side dish that I have to make! You smashed another one out of the park. Thanks!!

Another good recipe for people that are just starting out cooking.

Your potatoes  🥔 looks so so so delicious 😋

Hi Bethany, made these potatoes last night to go alongside Sunday ham. The combination of cheeses and addition of chicken stock work great together ❤ them! Thanks for sharing!

There are a lot of good foods but like you said, and for me also, there really is nothing better than potatoes and cheese! Thank you!
