Hello everyone. I'm Taizo Iwasaki, a man who loves coffee too much.
Within walking distance of Shimokitazawa, which is leading the Tokyo cafe scene. In a deep residential area where it's too difficult to park a car, you'll suddenly find an Ethiopian cave.
Today, I'd like to share with you how the new store of COFFEECOUNTY, a famous Fukuoka store that made its long-awaited Tokyo debut last year, is so mysteriously comfortable that you won't want to leave.
This time, I went to the store with Shun Ogihara of Wako Coffee, who came to visit us from Osaka almost empty-handed, and we had a deep car conversation about whether good coffee is really just about the taste. We entered the store with great expectations of whether the taste and atmosphere really make the soul tremble.
What will the two of them think about the signature coffee "Ethiopian Roast"...
Now, let's get started.
Messiah Gale!
Thank you to Mr. Mori of COFFEECOUNTY, the staff of the Tokyo store, and everyone who visited the store for your delicious cooperation! 😊☕️
