I actually much prefer watching home tours of unstaged houses! Staging is way too distracting to me. It obstructs the view of the craftsmanship.

💞 Lov the pool/spa and those tall bushes for privacy by the pool.

I’m from Dallas Texas but I seem to have a love for the homes in Tennessee!

Love this property. The house itself is beautiful and having the 2 acres lot is the cherry on top. Plenty of to keep the neighbors away.

I love the staircase. the dark wit the light looks really pretty, finally, something different to look at.

I liked this home, but where did the $4M price tag come from? This is NOT a $4M home! There are too many features missing. For this to be a FOUR acre plot, where is the backyard? The pool is so small, what is one to do with it? And I could not find the "rec room"! This house will not sell at $4M. Sorry!

I’m beginning to like this builder more & more. & I really like the layout of the house & love the 2 acreage. I would just change some of the colors on the interior. Giving me a lot of ideas.

Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future.., I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life!!

This is a gorgeous home Marcus, though currently beyond my price range. Thanks for the tour. I would use the room next to the in-law suite as the game room for a nice pool table.

4.5 million what? Quarters? Most certainly not dollars? If so, lol. The Cabinets are from the Kitchen and cabinet design center in lowes home department store. The yard is definitely not private. Could go on…but no need to
