Your blood pressure (84/56) would be considered very low (hypotension) in Europe/UK. If you feel perfectly fine, it is not be an issue. But if you usually feel dizzy, fatigued, or "confused" at times, then it might be a reason why :) Take care!

Food is way more costly in my country although income, for me, is at enough of a level to cover that expense. However, like you, I always keep my eyes open for the discounted prices to stretch the dollars a little bit more.

I am an American living on the West Coast near the Pacific Ocean.  I am old enough to be your mother or even grandmother.  My daughter is married to a first generation Chinese American (she is Caucasian).  My granddaughter is 7 in a school where she is learning everything in English & Mandarin.

You are so generous with your family.  I would love a cooking class from you…especially making pork buns.

Ting daily life in China is by all measures a true representation of what the working class world wide live under. She does a very good job in her way of showing the contradictions existing for millions of workers, her remarks and observations are very pertinent. The 21st century brings forwards what is involved in the class war. The conditions of work, the exploitation of the working class, the ruthless exploitation of landlords and property owners, the courage of workers who are the producers of wealth of a nation. She is doing a very good work and deserve recognition. Salute from Australia and France.

Shopping together, cooking together, eating and cleaning all take me back many years to my childhood. We were poor but rich in love. My Mom  could just make wonderful meals seem to appear. Washing dishes together, laughing, splashing suds are all good memories. Tiny kitchen but big love just like yours!  ❤

Chère Ting, je vois cette vidéo seulement maintenant car je suis en déménagement, mais elle est magnifique, et très émouvante ! la fin de la vidéo me touche beaucoup, dans ce petit appartement , cette complicité familiale, cette solidarité, cet amour entre toi et ton petit frère et ta petite sœur, c'est juste magnifique.
Nous avons perdu cela en Occident, pas tous bien sur mais beaucoup ont perdu le sens de la famille, le respect des aînés, et le bien-être d'être tous ensemble.
