I know after you watch the mv's you guys watch like dance practices/dance videos and I'd actually like to see your reactions to those too if possible.
ANYWAYS! I really like watching you reactions because not only is it entertaining buy you guys also give me a new perspective and point out things that I missed for the choreography and the way the song was arranged and sung. It's interesting to hear your thoughts.
Also side note, even if Hwanwoong isn't your bias, he's still your bias lmao

Your comments are always so interesting and make me see things I hadn't noticed and thereby make me appreciate the song even more than before, thank you guys du much for that! I'm absolutely in love with this comeback and don't even remember how many times I've seen the MV already. :D PS, I totally understand Peyton, Hwanwoong was the first to capture my attention too but now Seoho is so close there too.

My heart beat so fast while watching the whole MV, it's like watching a movie, a really complicated movie just like the title (TO BE OR NOT TO BE), and I was like, WOwoWOWoW, what just happened, what did i see, wait WhAT?!

The story line literally struck me dumb like oh my GOD.

I will try my best to explain everything.
First, you should react to COME BACK HOME concept video and after that the COME BACK HOME MV.  After that, watch the Story Film 1 and 2 of TO BE OR NOT TO BE and then the MV.
Actually the storyline of ONEUS universe connects all their MV.
The storyline is:
1.- Lit They were monarchs who were cherished by their subjects, but Helios the god of sun got jealous and threatened to take the sun away if the humans didn't sacrifice the monarchs.

2.- Twilight They were sacrificed by humans. Then Helps cursed them to have a thirst for human blood and to live in eternal night (a.k.a being vampires). The MV shows how they were losing their humanity as the sunset was nearing.

3.- Valkyrie They were hopeless and in the dark. But like the song itself, they need a hope to shine, a light in their darkness. The light can be considered as the birth of the prophetic child. The children was born during a lunar eclipse and he was supposed to be sacrificed by the monarchs' servants to erase the curse. ( The servants didn't accepted the human's betrayal and wanted revenge). The monarchs started to protect the child.

4.- Come Back Home The war to protect the child lasted 10 years, but before being defeated the servants promised to come back when the moon became red. When this happened, they rose from the dead to fight for the child again, but the monarchs were able to defeat them again.

5.- To Be Or Not To Be They sealed the souls of their servants inside the necklace alongside their own souls. This sacrifice was made to save the humans since Helios would keep using them against them as long the monarchs had any humanity inside them. But Helios lost his son and turned his anger against the monarchs who were imprisoned, that's why we can see Ravn fighting; and their only could leave if they took the blood of the child they protected for so long. They fell into a slumber who lasted 100s years , when they were in the cage whit golden sticks and the MV is about them waking up and escaping after got back the necklace.

6.- A song written easily At the beginning of the MV we can see the boys in the city searching for something or someone after they have escaped.
The lyrics says something like: "As I walk I see in the distance, your hands full of warmth". Vampires are associate with cold.
"My heart turned black and burnt to ash. My heart hurts". In TBONTB MV Xion's hand is black and in the mythology the vampires became ash with the sun light.
"The sad songs we heard as we walked, I don't want to hear it, it's hard. Why do I keep missing you?
I still hope and pray that you'll come back". I think this is a reference to COME BACK HOME and the children crying. The lyrics says: " When you cry, when you smile I will be there to protect you. This dreary silence is about to get deeper.
Please come back home"
So maybe they are looking for the descendant of the child to keep protecting from Helios.

"If by chance you ever hear me, say lalala. I'm calling out for you again today"
We can see some parts of them in the city: Leedo in the car, Hwanwoong in the phone cabin... These can represent them trying to find the descendant but they can't.
The bright parts where they're dancing in the nature can represent them coming back to what could be in the past their castle during Twilight. Maybe they come there looking for a track to understand what happened in the 100's years they were gone.

If you really want to get into ONEUS universe you should check up their:
-Lit MV and Road to kingdom performance.
-Come back home concept film, the MV and the Road to Kingdom performance.
- To be or not to be story films and the teasers.

I hope it helped you!! Please support ONEUS ❤

The texture changes are SO COOL , there are like 5 or 6 different textures in the whole song which makes sense since the concept is based on contrast ! They've portrayed this contrast really well in everything , including the music video color palette and the song production itself , even the title of the song

1.30am here. Had to watch this before I go to bed. Favourite boy group MV this year with all the imagery, outfits, sets and dancing. The song itself has so many layers to it. They really deliver an RTK level of performance in their MVs.

I swear we need a food and drink list in the description of each video, as I always wonder what my fav two gals are having. Stay smiling. Much love. Simon

Omggg ONEUS! Love you guysss💕💕

😂 this is gonna to burn your brain...the symbolism of the vid is crossing over Mythology, Bible and Middle East ..😃 after watched 4-5 times..rewatch the teaser will find out more. The pendant is all the story started..it definitely sequel following Come back home.. I wonder who the mv director..the aesthetic for CBH and TBONTB totally different 😁

PS: i like Peyton so much..she is so cute 😍😉

omg I think you still need to see the comeback home mv. But thanks for the reaction

Keonhee is the one that wore the crown. And Hwanwoong got the Necklace and the others like they are dead. Its a deadly concept.
