Meet Saiora — a 22-year-old teacher and choreographer from Kazakhstan who first came to Cambodia back in 2019. Although she left just before the pandemic, she made her way back in 2024 to reconnect with the country.
In this conversation, Saiora opens up about her life in Cambodia, the rising cost of living, and some common misconceptions about the country. She also shares why she's often mistaken for being Cambodian and reflects on how much has changed since her first time here.
