Finally, a YouTube channel where the host can actually ride a bike hard and put it too the test. There's too many channels with boring old duffers going on about rider's riding too fast blah blah blah. At least Mike here has the balls and ability to push a bike harder.
So far all the reviews I've seen on the bike were made in England it seems or on roads used mostly for "cages", American for cars and not particularily challenging. I've had my Trumpet T120 for the past six months and with winter in Colorado had to pay atttention to road conditions. Next to my Harley Heritage with 128.000 miles the T120 is a hoot to ride. Fast and furious with great response that makes the heart go pitter patter. The stock sound is perfect and the suspension gives good feed back of the road surface. My last Triumph was a vertical 650 in 1966 and there is no comparison. This bike leans into curves and just invites you to lean into it like a pretty woman beckoning you into her arms. My last speeding ticket was over 5 decades ago but I can see that this bike might invoke another stop by the cops.
If you could knock the weight down it would be a proper weapon . Having said that with all the average speed cameras and camera vans itβs probably quick enough ππ
After you said " insanely ...." twice in two sentences I was ready to pull the plug. It's you that's insane you daft sod...BUT Glad I stayed for one of the most exciting tests I've seen on T120. Enjoyed your enthusiasm. Couple things to add, when I'm in the Twisties on my T120 I pull my feet back slightly, riding on my toes just about, the pegs are low. The other thing, brake and clutch levers are adjustable so you can set them up for your preference. Canny job Mike I'll be looking for your next Insane effort.
