I was there in 2012 and it has changed so much! That looks like the best place to party in Asia. Insane. They’ve really upped their game. Crazy how it has developed in 13 years with the same kinda vibe but with more lights, loud music and places to choose from than back then.

Glad you had a great time man, went back to my home country back in 2019 and hung out at bui vien all night. That street is definitely where most tourists go to hangout and grab a drink and smoke hookah. Vietnam is pretty safe, but you do have to hang on tight to your phone if you're on the side of the street recording. If you ever go back, call a "grab" they are like Uber in Vietnam, I wouldn't recommend a taxi because the machine they have will overcharge you knowing your a tourist. Cheers my friend!
