My podcast with Navy SEAL / ultra-endurance athlete David Goggins struck a chord with many, so thought I'd share it on YouTube as an experiment. Should I upload more episodes here even if it's just audio? Leave a comment below. Look forward to your thoughts.

This changed my life. I stoped smoking, I'm eating healthy, workout EVERY day, learn new language and programming just for fun, my room and house has never been cleaner, made all the things that I postponed for the last 7 years, and that's just my warm-up. But most of all I'm so proud of myself that I can't even describe it for you.

"For me all failure is is more information on how to succeed."
Brilliant.

It’s scary to look around and realize that a huge percentage of the human population is not doing nearly what they are capable of doing.

And then we all wonder why we’re unhappy.

David brings your attention right back to that very point.

You are unhappy, unfit, etc. etc...because you’re not seizing the opportunity to show yourself what you’re capable of.

It means way more coming from the guy that is living his message.

David Goggins is waking a lot of people up...including giving me a swift kick in the ass.

I'm upright, stretching, eating whole food plant based, running, riding - at 61 with in remission cancer and diabetes. I f*cking hate all of it. Thx "Goggins" my best is now yet to come.

Inspiration is a cruel friend. I'm moving on from the 40% mark. I realize my demon was myself. Now I'm headed forward.

Anyone they gave this interview a thumbs down is insecure, because driven people remind them of what they WONT do when they CAN do it.

1:12:30 "very few people change the way they think and that's why they always fuck themselves in life".
That is the most powerful thing Goggins has ever said. 💯

"It's always me against me." - is the greatest and most motivating quote David Goggins said. Works for me every time.

His book is so powerful. The first few chapters shook me to my core.

I love you David Goggins. You have saved my life from Depression Drug addiction and alcoholism and also being 300 pounds. January 13th I started my journey and went from 300 pounds and dropped to 260 pounds on February 17th. Haven't weighed myself every until next 17 of this upcoming month. I'm so fucking tired from exercising everyday but HEY! I no longer suffer from depression Stay Fucking HARD!!! 💪😎

Words cannot describe how much I admire him. What he has acheived in his life cannot be bought with any amount of money, this man is the epitome of indestructible.

@0ptimal 5 months ago

I never tire of listening to him. He may be the only person i can say that about. But i know why i can keep listening. It's because he speaks from a truth that we all seek and that exists at the core of existence. He speaks it from a real source in him. Not just a surface level understanding.
