People have to understand that a Yonko’s strength isn’t merely based on their personal combat power, but their influence and control. If you read the Ace novels you would have learned that because we see this through Whitebeard’s domain.

The Straw Hats have huge alliances and their name resonates everywhere, from the antics of Luffy and their liberation episodes. The Straw Hats have Alabasta, Sky Island, the Galley-la, Amazon Lily, Fishman Island, Dressrosa, Zou, and now Wano supporting them, they have the Grand Fleet too!

So whilst the likes of Mihawk may be stronger in one to one combat, he doesn’t share the same influence and network.

Buggy mocking Mihawk- "Look at me swing my big bad sword. Blah blah blah."
Mihawk- " I don't go blah blah blah."
Crocodile- " You just did."

The warlords being dibanded and replaced by the seraphims is one of the major reasons that the tide of battle will shift against the WG. They have put an axe to their own feet once again. Can not be understated!!!

It's because the Yonko are so deeply entreached with the lore of One Piece and are portrayed as literal larger than life characters that we can't get as much details on them without spoiling major things in the story's future too early and due to their mythical status for most of the story, they come across as living fictional beings of legend brought into the story with some backgrounds, which leaves them not as relatable as people.

The Warlords are powerful, but due to their lesser connection to the series' lore, they can be portrayed with more realism —having personal character flaws, added character depths with further exploration, engaging character interactions with the main cast/other characters without revealing major details of the deeper lore of the story, and having backgrounds that add depth to the world that is already there. They're essentially people of the broken world of One Piece who rose to the top instead of being born ridiculously powerful/with raw potential from the start, being powerful by obtainable means- which in turn, makes them more impressive.

For this reason, anything dealing with the Warlords tend to be more enaging than with the Yonko. For a long time until the Yonko began really showing off, it was a hyped moment for any of the Warlords to be gradually introduced and how unique they are.

Loved the Hancock / Jinbe connection, indeed i would definitely see them team up to rescue Luffy ! Great observation haki you got there 👀

8:48 I honestly think maybe black beard in the breaking him out and having him work under him as another Titanic captain

I want to hear your thoughts in Moria now that we know he was a kozuki. Could he maybe be able to read the poneglyphs? This could also address the issue that only 2 out of the 4 yonkos have someone who can read them; this being robin and pudding (awakening the 3rd eye). If he joins cross guild they would now gain the way to possibly reach laughtale. In that regard I also wonder, who could shanks use to read the poneglyps, maybe jaguar d. saul?

Laws hat and Kumas pant pattern looks similar

Gecko Moria is strongly suggested to be a member of the Kozuki clan from Wano Country. The name "Kozuki Moria" (光月もりあ) was revealed on a grave in Ringo province that was visited by Yamato, Kikunojo, and O-Chō, confirming his true identity.
This revelation transforms his past conflict with Kaido from a personal vendetta into a heroic act where he fought to protect his village in Wano, ultimately perishing without leaving a body behind.

The name "Gecko" (月光, moonlight) is a phonetic mirror of "Kozuki" (光月, light of the moon), a detail that fans believe signifies Moria's rebranding of his family name after his defeat by Kaido.
His connection to Wano is further supported by his use of samurai-inspired weapons and attire, including a sword he wielded before relying on his scissors.
This ties him directly to the Kozuki family, potentially making him kin to figures like Oden, Momonosuke, and Hiyori.
The discovery of his grave and his true identity adds significant depth to his character and suggests he may hold crucial knowledge, such as the ancient language safeguarded by the Kozuki clan

It's the first time I've heard about this Kuma dance trend and it immediately brought tears to my eyes. How awesome and beautiful.

Weevil looks like he had a trip to Gecko Moria

32:49  I'm still waiting for Moria to Awaken his DF Power!  Where he could Share his Shadow(like Big Mom share Her Soul) to create an Army of Zombie by Himself at Final War

[TMI this is One of My Favourite DF]

Mihawk tells Zoro in the anime that he wasn’t some beast that would go all out when hunting for a rabbit. The celestials also call the civilians in the god valley hunt “rabbits”. Oh my god

A movie with how Ace took down Hanafuda comes out one day, not like anything they do with two dead characters would affect the current story now in any real way.

I think the hint of Kozuki Moria would explain not just how Moria had access to Shisui and the godswordsman but knowledge of way more than he should and maybe his loss to Kaido was the trigger to use that knowledge for something.

33:04 this aged well

I love Doffy but there is no way he beats King, Queen or Jack lol

Your musing about the meaning of Dracul in the story and then the will of D with Law makes me wonder if that maybe the will of D has nothing to do with Joyboy but everything to do with Imu, the D clan being the Dracul clan and the will of D being the will of the Dragon / Devil.

32:36 finally someone is giving my man Justice he's very underrated and I was very shocked to know that he's a Kuzuki he should have been in Wano arc I hope he trains and gets character growth and make a huge comeback ☺️😏😏

The Doflamingo glasses are DOPE AF!!!
