What is it REALLY like to move from the USA to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico? 🇲🇽 In this video, I take you along for the journey and show you what it's like to drive across Mexico, arrive in Puerto Vallarta, explore the city, and actually start living here instead of just visiting on vacation.
After leaving the United States, we drove from the US-Mexico border through Monterrey, Matehuala, San Miguel de Allende, Guadalajara, and finally Puerto Vallarta. I'll explain what it's like driving across Mexico, using the toll roads, getting a Temporary Import Permit (TIP) for your vehicle, and what you should know if you're considering making the drive yourself.
But getting to Puerto Vallarta is only part of the story.
I'll also show you what there is to do in Puerto Vallarta, including the beaches, Malecon, shopping malls, restaurants, nightlife, casinos, and other attractions. More importantly, I'll talk about what day-to-day life in Puerto Vallarta is actually like after the vacation ends.
