Meet **Mollie—a 10-year-old molly mule standing 13.1 hands tall**, and the kind of honest little partner so many folks are looking for!
Mollie is super gentle, well broke to ride, and a forward-moving mule who enjoys heading down the trail. If you like a mule with a good walk and somewhere to go, take a close look at this gal. Her handy size makes her a great fit for many riders, and she is a wonderful trail companion.
I’ve known Mollie for the last five years. Our farrier, John Mark, has shod and trimmed her here, and she has always been a little doll. This isn’t a mule we just met—we’ve had years to see her good nature firsthand.
She stands exceptionally well to mount and dismount, is about as good on the ground as they come, and isn’t ear shy. In my opinion, just about anyone could ride her. She has mainly been used for trail riding, but there’s plenty of opportunity to take her in whatever direction suits you.
To my knowledge, Mollie had never been driven before. We harnessed her, and she accepted it quickly and did well within an hour. That doesn’t make her a finished driving mule, but it sure says something about her willingness and easygoing nature. She’s just that kind of mule!
A good mule becomes more than something you ride. She becomes your partner, your friend, and the one you look forward to spending time with. Mollie has that honest, forgiving disposition that makes a mule special.
