I absolutely love it when the sledge hammer gets loose and goes for a ride though the crusher 😂😂.

Good to see they're wearing saftey sandals again

Good work 👍

You should show different parts of the operation. Like the quarry where they get the stone and how they load it onto the dump trucks.

I thought I saw this one before, but no, these are definitely different rocks!

If re-inventing the wheel was a video!

Как всегда -один с кувалдой, пятеро с телефонами и советы дают как работать. И да техника безопасности на высшем уровне😮

Bukan dunia industri batu..tetapi dunia pemecah batu brooo..👍👺👍

OJIE.JKT.PST...HADIR.🇮🇩👌♥️⭐

👌👌👌👌👌👌

😊😊

It's a good thought that you have to know what 1+1 is before you can get to 2+2.

❤❤❤❤❤

👍👍👍👍👍👍

Will someone just use the machine to push the flat stones on to the crusher.  And stop using that bloody hammer every five minutes.!!

Para mi e nota mil gosto di sofre mais e bom ❤

💚🧡💛

These guys should invest in some googles and a small jack hammer.

Baggy pants  scarves  loose shirts with what ever they call them  all around rotating machinery, yea not a problem!!  I am 73, in HS saw a kid with long hair get scalped by a lathe, they were able to reattach it, so fast!!  I am an A&P Mechanic a machinist and a welder, no long hair, no baggy clothes, and no rings and necklaces,  no thank you!!!

HI, thank you for you nice and interesting videos.
However, let me give some feedback:
Please, do not cut the videos as it is ditrubing. Instead let them run smooth and constantly.
Please, avoid any fast camera movement. It is not pleasant as it is not pleasant if video is cut like 4 x in 10 seconds or 30-40 times in 50 minutes of the video. This does not make any sense at all.
If you want to present a nice, relaxing video, than let it run without interruptions.
Present unloading (from time to time), than flow of the material along the vibrating tray including jams at the chain and solving them and jaws themselves.
Do  not create drama as drama is not relaxing.
What is interesting here is a flow, a work itself. And your task can be to simply present it in a  most natural way.

Kind regards.
Wish you all good.

PS: PLEASE, do not cut the videos and do not do fast camera movements.
Hints for the operators:
They should clean the vibrating tray from dirt. Specially on the left and right sides. This would release a lot of mud and dirt there, ensure the smooth flow of the material, reduce jamming and increase the unloading capacity for some cubic meters of the material. The truck can than unload material quicker which increase productivity.
They should use less hammer and more other approach solve the jams at the jaws: trhowing a sharp stones (not round ones) between the jaws and the stones. Using stick to move the stones of loop to lift them. It reduce the sweet and man power.
They should keep the constant flow of the material into a jaws. It increase efficiency.
When solving the lams at the chain than (in numerous cases) the vibrations should be off. As otherwise material push the stones at the chain and create constant pressure on it. Which than makes it very difficult to solve it at first place.
In numerous cases jams at the jaws would be easily solved by pushing the material with vibrations on or by overflow the material over the jammed stones in the section between the jaws and jammed material. This would than easily solve the jam.
Let me mention that it is obvious than efficiency drop when operater is not alone. When he is surrounded by other people (other workers of those who are filming videos) he loses focus at the flow of the material and efficiency noticeable (and very obviously) drop.
Stay well.
