On our first day in Lisbon, we take the metro from Oriente to the city center, visit Praça do Comércio, one of Portugal's most important squares, and experience Lisbon's historic atmosphere by walking through the narrow streets of Alfama. Along the way, we stop at the world's oldest bookstore, listed in the Guinness Book of Records, follow in the footsteps of Fernando Pessoa, and enjoy the unique view of Lisbon from Santa Luzia.
