Watching from Suva, Fiji .
Like your guitar teaching method.Easy to understand.

Another nugget-filled lesson! The trickiest part for is the arpeggio up-and-back fingerings, which can be very different than when I switch over to the scales

Mobile al here appreciate what you do for the free

Great lesson! Much appreciated

Love your live lessons Brett just what I have been looking for

Upstate NY here. I love how you teach, brother. I know all of this stuff in this lesson , but I like to watch your videos bcuz I look at them more like teaching lessons, if that makes sense. It seems like there’s not an easy way to learn how to teach guitar. There’s a million places to learn guitar. But I like how you teach, and your videos really help me a lot with learning how to teach. I can learn guitar stuff from anyone, but they don’t seem to make me think about how to teach. It’s pretty much only 3 people on youtube that seem to automatically teach me how to teach, and that’s you, Marty, and the Vancouver Guitar Lessons guy.  P.S. nice shirt! Love the dead and I can definitely hear the influence of them on your playing. Like the walkdown back into the I. I picked that up from Jerry. I find myself constantly doing chromatic walkups and walkdowns particularly when going from a minor up to a major,  or when going from a minor down to a major.
I have a hard time restraining myself from automatically doing that now. I feel like I’m playing boringly when I don’t do it.

What beautiful soloist, teacher 🤝🤝you are amazing

Brilliant lesson! Very similar to a Guthrie Trapp lesson and how he approaches melodic playing but you explain it very clearly! 👍

It's an awesome way to learn.
