After wanting to reach a remote area for years that holds some of Tasmania's lost gold mining history, I set out to find a remarkable historic discovery being lost to time. With the help of my trusty old honda I embark on the largest solo quad bike mission I've ever attempted. Hopes are high but reality kicks in, setbacks cleaning up an old pack track and enduring some brutal conditions in the search for history and new gold grounds all become to familiar. The stakes are high but where going all in to discover and experience new adventure.

This week I celebrated 3 years sobriety. Left that behind me after my brother died of alcoholism and spinning into a year of depression.
Forgiving him and myself and coming to terms with who I am is a journey on its own.
Today I see the power of forgiving and building true connections.
I also watched Rob’s last video and couldn’t ignore the thought that you two were an amazing team. So much shared passion and adventure.
Gold fever is a real thing and a lot like alcoholism. It doesn’t alway bring the best out in people. But when we heal bij truely forgiving we can grow in amazing ways.
I pray for gods will for you both even if you stay on your separate paths.
That said I enjoyed this adventure. What a land you have.
