Hear me out: LP featuring neighbors in this apartment building. Like each floor is a different family of characters and they all have drama.

"I'm really excited to show this to James." I'm crying that is so cute. Their relationship lets me know that love still exists

I love this design so much ❤️ but the sims team definitely need to fix the curved walls cause its putting me off building lmao 🥲

Anyone watching this now, when the new pack "For Rent" is coming out in just under a month? I´m definitely downloading this one and using it with the new gameplay. Sooooo great!! Thanks Deligracy!

This is one of the most amazing builds ever! So cool! Totally different from other things you’ve done. I’ve been loving your builds lately as they are still very Deli but also new things that you are trying out! Keep up the amazing work!

I really love when something old and unused gets used in a new way and with where you built it, it looks like it used to be silo storage for the docks :)
edit: and now that i've made it to the end i would like the more industrial and black apartment on the ground floor! that's just one of my styles but i think the other apartments are super gorgeous too~

Don’t worry Deli! Wait a year and you’re dreams will come true

I’m from Cape Town, South Africa, and they’ve created the most beautiful art museum out of old silos as well as a five star hotel out of the remaining silos next to it! It’s incredible!😊

I love the shell of the building sooooo much!!! I might add this to my main save and refurnish it to fit my sims ❤️

I have lived in several American apartments, of different ages, with fireplaces. I've had both wood-burning and gas fireplaces.
Beautiful build. I love the creativity that comes when builders use something reclaimed like silos. It makes a very nice change from the big rectangle style of apartment blocks.
Based on color schemes, I would live on the 2nd or 4th floor, though they are all lovely.

At 1:09, it looks like something out of Star Wars and of course, all I hear is James shouting, "Aw, Batuu!" Love you and your builds, Deli! (And don't let James tell you not to shake it on camera! ;) )

this build is INSANE, your builds are so effortlessly architectural bliss

I'm so happy the elevators work well now. I often build apartments where I leave the unused floors empty. I put the elevator on the floor where I live and that's where sims will spawn. Right in front of their frontdoor. I love building apartments.

I love the appartement. I wish it functions like an appartement. This must take hours to furnish all apartments!! Wel done!!

And now we can play with this as an actual apartment building soon aaaahhhh!!! ❤❤❤

Wow, can't believe they'd evict the burger bois to build this. All the local character gone for some luxury apartments, I guess gentirification even happens in the sims!

Do you ever use real floorplans or does everything just come to you from ideas or visions? I'm curious.

Ideas for rooftops/upper level!: Rooftop bar, I'm not sure if there is a way to make a fire pit somehow but some apartments have those on top!, large rooms that can be used by groups for activities (real world game nights, meetings, parties bc the apartment is too small to host)

Bottom level: communal coffee maker area replicating a real world cafe

This build is so creative! I don’t have all the packs but might download it and furnish with what I do. I’d love to see more apartment builds in the future. Maybe each apartment is a different pack or for specific families

This was suuuuccchhhh an incredible build!! So creative!
