honestly the whole dark romance genre glorifies violence towards women. And frames it as romance. Which is stolkhom syndrome. Like dark romance shouldn't be a genre that anyone finds attractive especially the violence, stalking etc. Experiencing stalking IRL is absolutely terrifying. I had an experience my senior year in highschool. like I thought dark romance was like vampires and werewolves man 😂 not murder and Mafia serial killer actual danger

A friend of mine posted a COD cosplay, and booktok found it. Actually like 40 year old women commenting and private messaging my friend super suggestive stuff.. and my friend is a teenager. Even if this is what you enjoy, bringing it onto some random persons page who wants nothing to do with this or to be sexualized in such a manner isn’t it.

People who actually thinks that SA/R@pe is okay really needs to see someone like it’s been a crime for ages, no consent means no s3x. If it’s an unsure yes it’s a no, if it’s a drunken yes, it’s a no, if it’s a forced yes ITS A NO! Only if they’re actively showing that they want intimate stuff and are saying yes then it is okay. But the fact that even women themselves glorify this is horrendous imo. Even grown women probably having family members having history with SA thinking it’s ’hot’ is crazy to me. Plus, the parasocial (think I got that right) relationships people have with idols or masked ppl can get rlly bad. I’ve heard a story about some crazy fan of a Japanese idol using pictures of her EYE REFLECTION to find her apartment and break in. And as a fan of Korean and Japanese idols I think the fanbase is very toxic, things like hunting people down should never be glorified and only looked down upon. Shame on you people who think it’s okay.
