Wow...what a combo. So interesting to see 2 witches on  solo paths, on different continents, talking about their craft. Neither part of a group religion. Both practicing in totally different styles, yet appreciating the differences and respecting each others strengths.

The section on rage rituals really made me feel heard. I don't know if it's an experience thing but when you lived in rage and craved to be feared, once you end rage's reign, it becomes much easier to decipher. If it's a recent ending relationship with rage, it can be scary to try and release it in a healthy way, but after years of listening, compromising, letting it have it's voice, it becomes easier to decipher healthy rage versus unhealthy. If you're used to stuffing rage, I can see why you would think rage rituals would be harmful, and it could very well be the first few times, since you've stuffed it so long, and you slowly gain control of it. Unfortunately, our parents never taught us how to properly regulate ourselves nor did they show us, in a lot of instances, healthy ways to deal with anger.

I found Kelly-Ann's channel last month when I was getting called back to learning. I'm so happy to see this video with both of you. I've definitely gotta add her books to my ever growing list of witchy/occult books.

i normally don’t comment on videos, but that whole thing of having specific books that somehow help you through your dark nights of the soul just really resonated. for me that book was and still is mary shelley’s “frankenstein”.
