As a police officer i see no interest in the US system to help people have stable life. They throw their kids into a ride or die system and when they are weak and get addicted because they never had a chance to begin with, they expect them to get awa from the drugs and people without giving them any help or perspective. Jail, no help, throw on the street again...and expect them to just function right then. This is inhumane

She needs to take accountability, accept responsibility, do the time and then get the help she needs.

So, she's 20 years old and has been arrested 6-7 times in the last two years. She needs to get off the meth and start making better decisions. If not she'll do life on the installment plan. If she's lucky.
