Phages CAN "see" you through walls. They obviously don't instantly aggro on you, but they'll home to your general location rather than just patrolling the whole organism. In the clip you even see both of the two phages going in and out of the pipes at once in a tiny corner of the map. They didn't just both happen to be there at once, they came there because you're there.

I remember trying to steal from the bazaar for like 2 hours straight in the sandbox, what do you mean it was that easy????

i'm guessing mother doesn't care for the grubs that are killed outside of your palms so that you don't get punished for grubs that are left to the mercy of the grey juice

A shortcut that you can access in forlorn gateway that goes to the pier would go so hard. You could prob have the crane open it up somehow. I love the haunted pier so having a full shortcut that acts as even more haunted pier would be rad

From my experience, the phages in Parasite tend to patrol around the general area you're currently in, kind of like the xenomorph from Alien: Isolation. They might not know your exact location, but they definitely know your general location

I think it would be so cool that if you attack mother and respawn via disk she'll acknowledge it and just kill you again

11:11 actually you CAN jump past the edge of the death barrier if you go far enough away from the edge of the pier. Theres no invisible walls stopping you either, so you should be able to just fall right down to the gateway.

at least, according to my most recent testing of it.

Little bit more info on the dumb fan skip for those who care
- Absolutely don’t try to get past it with just speed items unless you’re cheating them in
- Don’t even bother trying to get past it unless you’re using the hunted binding and start off with a flare
- there is a massive like plus shaped structure in the middle that if you hit you DIE

Somewhere around 8:00

We know that periphery Delta has very weird influence on people and specifically on “existence” of humans. All over hab Yellow there are posters reminding people to use cognitivol (or what it is called) to fight back influence of Delta. What we see are ghosts of people who stopped existing because of Delta wiping them out

Or at least this is how I understood what happened to them
