The fact that he was even granted bail..?

One of the rare instances a serial killer gets what they deserve. Dude got back what he dished out.

A plea bargain for attempted murder of two women by hanging! Good heavens!

11:25 Police Captain: "I was certainly upset with him, how could you not be?"

That's the biggest understatement of this damn century.

The dramatized scenes are killing me! They just have the police. Investors, picking up bloody evidence with no gloves or anything and have the killer keep looking and smiling at the camera

This damn actor is way to good at this, arrest him!!

The actor in this is absolutely terrifying.  Well done documentary on all fronts.

The actor looks more menacing than the killer himself!!

Shows the little value they placed on those young girls lives to just release that maggot after 6 months..

The guy playing schaefer needs a movie deal like yesterday he was creepier than the actual guy.

"These girl's lives hang in the balance."
The narrator says, whilst describing a situation in which two girls have nooses tied around their necks.

Look at that smirk as he's walking into the court. Sick POS

17:24 Jerry Shepard is another form of Gerard Schaefer. Clever.

The judge also provided him with opportunity.

Haha 11:25

"I was certainly upset with him. How could you not be?"

This lady is a hero. It took 16 years but she did the job of the detectives. If not for her, they never would have got into his head.

Please arrest the actor portraying Schaefer as a preventative measure.

The smile on his face when he got off is sickening.

I love how the crime scene investigator just snatches up the body bits with his bare hands. "Oooh, look, a mandible! What are gloves for anyway?" 😂

I feel for the victims and families. Heartbreaking 😢
So sad too for those who have not had any confirmation that their loved ones had definitely been murdered by this monster.
