Wonderful!  We even get a steam lorry for good measure.  I'm so pleased to be a member and supporter of this fine railway.  (It's probably not the best of places to be blockman when there's some typical Welsh liquid sunshine!)

Very interesting, also because I wasn't aware that a Zillertalbahn train had arrived in the UK.  Apart from the United Kingdom and Ireland, as well as all the overseas territories already part of the British Empire, could anyone tell me if in Europe other railway networks have ever made use of staff or token blocks to regulate access to single track routes?  Here in Genoa a staff was given to the driver (or to the third driver in the case of trips made with three buses during rush hours) of the urban line 10, which replaced the electric trams, to access the long Certosa tunnel.  It is currently used by the Genoa Metro, which also uses previous railway tunnels.  Thank you in advance for your availability and collaboration
