In today's #ASMR video, you are given a selection of eyes-closed instructions to follow. These include simple mathematics, word association, counting sounds and more. This video also has a crackling fireplace ambient backing track. You can watch the video without the background ambience by checking the timestamps below. As always, thank you so much for watching and I hope you enjoy the video.

00:00:00 - Video With Fireplace Ambience
00:30:00 - Video Without Ambience

It is recommended that my videos are watched on a mobile device without headphones for maximum relaxation and #TINGLES.

2:34 Genuinely expected him to respond "you stupid" and my brain is rotted by vine still.

something wonderful happened when listening to this video. i have ocd and it causes me to automatically think of disturbing imagery sometimes against my will and it deeply unsettles me. at first, when you gave us the first word prompts, this happened to me as usual. i considered clicking off the video, but i tried to hone into the video's peaceful ambience and suddenly I began to think automatically of childhood memory objects that I hadnt remembered in years. A purple construction paper project in the 2nd grade, a watch my mother always wore when I was very young...and these just kept coming to me magically. thank you for bringing me that lovely experience, I havent felt such mental comfort in a long time.

Sir - you have no idea how appreciated you are. I don't even have to take a sleeping pill anymore. Somehow, you melt my anxiety away. Much love from east coast U.S. and thank you 🥰

These videos are so relaxing mentally, but they have such a comforting and kind energy too. Thank you, Samuel.

Thank you so much Samuel. I haven’t been sleeping well and have neglected my health. 😔 Work and family obligations are picking up and it doesn’t help that I have coinciding physical and mental health conditions. I’m so tired of life sometimes.

I’m grateful that you do this for us. I’m sending love and appreciation from Texas. 🌸🌺

I just wanted to say that I’m so used to watching you, that yesterday when I had the first panic attack in a long time, only your voice relaxed me enough to fall asleep (and now, as soon as I woke up and my heart is racing again, I’m back to watching your videos to get back to sleep) so thank you very much for everything you do 💕💕💕

Great video like always! I like those instructions videos because it helps me to focus on some easy questions in English (I'm french), while still being able to relax.

Me, having worked for 10-12 hours for the past few days to help a rush on a 3D rendering project: "Man I sure am glad I can take a break from 3D stuff and relax!"
SamuelASMR: "What do you think when I say cube?"

I'm never going to be free of the default cube
