We all desire happiness, but what is true happiness?

Is it having more, having everything go smoothly, or having a life without difficulties?

Psalm 1 shows us that the "blessed" spoken of in the Bible is not fleeting joy, nor the absence of suffering, but rather a life with a correct foundation.

Every day we receive different voices and face worries, relationships, illness, and many unknowns.

What truly impacts our lives is what we choose to let into our hearts and where we focus our lives.

When we learn to filter out voices that do not belong to God, allowing God's word to become the foundation of our daily thoughts and decisions, our lives can be like a tree planted by streams of water—even as circumstances change, it still has strength, hope, and bears fruit in its season.

Happiness is not about everything going smoothly; it's about knowing, wherever you go, where your life is rooted.
