U can say that the atoms ofthe alternate universe is destroying dekus body since our world ismade up of matter and since that otherworld is opposite to canon normal one which is proven by the heart being on the right we can say that the universe is also not made up of atoms but its opposite called anti matter meaning deku's mody isreacting with the surrounding matter to give out energy and resulting in lose of that areas matter amd also deku
He is a walking world ender since anti matter and matter reaction make more energy than star exploding
