On August 10th 2019, the multi-millionaire financier and convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein was found dead in his prison cell whilst awaiting trial on charges of sex trafficking of minors. His death was designated as suicide by hanging, but the autopsy report was not released to the public. Questions about the circumstances of his death remained unanswered, and conspiracy theories filled the vacuum. But for once, the truth may be stranger than fiction. For decades, Epstein cultivated connections to the world's most powerful elite, whilst simultaneously exploiting underage girls in a vast pyramid scheme of sexual abuse. The emerging evidence suggests that these obsessions were linked - to blackmail.
