Beautiful design, the doctor being literally surrounded by bandits. Healing potion: deal 10 damage to self, then heal 5

Fully convinced a furniture store salesman saw the doctor, offed him, and stole his title and outfit and is now selling shit in his stead
“Unfortunately we’ve got no morphine at the moment… BUT! With the purchase of this barely used cushioned stool I can maybe throw in a bandage or two!”

Absolutely crazy that there’s a dedicated doctor merchant and yet 90% of his shop inventory is taken up by useless furniture that serves no medical purpose. Wonderful design

I like to think the reason the shops have very few useful items and tons of random junk is because somewhere in this universe there's a Bethesda game protagonist who just cleared a dungeon and is selling off his 300 baskets in exchange for every kind of medicine in the nearest five miles

The finnish doctor just grumbling on as you bleed out in front of him is very in character

A doctor, looking a dying man in the eyes, arms crossed, saying “sorry, bud, I don’t have any medicine, but I AM willing to sell you an entire school locker inside of this abandoned school. Full price.”

vostok player here: it kinda sucks, yes. but it is getting consistent updates from the solo dev

“THEY FEEL SHORTER THAN THEY SHOULD BE.” I have no idea what that could possibly mean, but I’m sure it’s a cutting insult to someone.

I’m watching this with my family. They all looked at me and my sister asked why he sounds like a weird frog.

16:35 psycho carves gang symbols into corpses

Game seems neat, the gunplay seems punchy and satisfying, but yeah the dearth of healing items seems goofy as hell.

It's crazy that the latest update didn't address the Doctor not selling, at the very least, the bulky ass Medkit item. Literally half the injuries in the game cannot be solved by going to the only doctor in the Zone uh, Road. You have to just get lucky with the RNG and farm for actually useful healing items. Thank god I have never actually encountered anything that deals/causes Poisoning at least, but the dev even turned down Rupture and Headshot chances - instead of just giving access to the lowest tier item that fixes them... The fact they don't even have some sort of timer or such that would let you out-heal them at great cost is so stupid that there's already mods that seek to address it lmao

Anyways I hope Tamto plays RTV again but with mods. He NEEDS to use the REALISTIC MANUAL BLINKING mod and the POOPING AND PISSING MOD and the IN-DEPTH SNOT-PICKING MINIGAME mod and the......

(FYI, the first one actually exists lmao. The modding community for this game is crazy)

God’s most Cortisol ridden streamer

The doctor made his home in a bandit camp because it brings in business. Tamto fell for the oldest scam.

watching someone bleed out TWICE in front of the "doctor" with literally nothing they can do is certainly an interesting game design
In GAMMA doctor NPCs can full heal the player for a reasonable price, it feels like this game has problems that other games have solved already. Definitely needs more time.

Catching these in the first hour is always a nice treat
