We spoke with Ilya Zhuravlev in Kathmandu. He has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 20 years and has lived in India for extended periods. He has studied at traditional yoga schools in India since 2001. He holds a Master of Philosophy (Russian State University for the Humanities, 1999) and is a certified hypnotherapist specializing in Ericksonian Therapy and Hypnosis. He trained in regression therapy at the Michael Newton Institute in the United States. He knows a lot about regressions and past lives. Ilya shared his experience of visiting Kumbhamela and shared his knowledge of authentic yogic life from the inside, as well as his interactions with various sadhus.
