16:45 just saying I’d be so happy to see a professor of mine so excited and giddy to be teaching for us! I feel like during school I had too many professors/lecturers that did NOT seem to want to be there, so it would’ve be awesome to know the person standing in front of me teaching is exactly where they want to be ❤

I’m so glad you mentioned imposter syndrome because I’ve watched your videos and been so inspired by you. I’ve actually wondered whether there are ever moments when you doubt yourself too, because you always seem so confident and sure of yourself. It’s reassuring to know that even someone I look up to experiences those feelings sometimes. I am currently doing my PhD and, oh boy 🤦‍♀

I congratulate you for getting a job as a professor. It is very well-deserved. You worked hard for it. I wish you the best of luck in your new profession and I am sure that you will make an excellent professor.

I’ve tried a few anxiety quizzes before, but most of them ask such predictable questions that you already know what the result will be. Anwen Reid’s quiz felt different because I couldn’t really guess what each answer was measuring. That made the final result feel less obvious.

thank you for sharing your thoughts and feelings with us! your experience being nervous and overthinking things resonated with me so deeply and reminded me that its soo human to have these feelings, especially the first time you challenge yourself do to something <33
