16:05 Crown Prince Wilhelm, Cecellie’s husband, fought France. 16:42 Is where you even mentioned France - Verdun. It was his brother Eitel that fought Russia.

You speak about Crown Princess Cecelia as full Romanov. INCORRECT.
Her father was the Duke of Mecklenburg- Schwerin (very german); her mother indeed was a Romanov, grand daughter of Czar Nicholas I.

Cecilie was tall and very beautiful.  Willie wouldn't have been faithful to any wife.  Was Cecilie ever unfaithful?  Ironically the German-born Alexandria was suspected to be a German spy while the Russian born Cecilie was suspected of being a Russian spy.  Throughout her life, Alexandrine was fully integrated into her family's life.  Would the Nazis really have threatened Alexandrine? Were Cecilie's sons drafted or did they volunteer?

Volunteer at the urging of their (horrific) father.
