Pill isn't a town, it's an area in the City of Newport 😮

I used work on Church bottom of Pill 40 years ago - it wasn’t like this then - I would walk up Commercial St to bus station. Every shop was open with a railway crossing halfway up - this has gone now. The heart of Newport has been ripped since the financial crash.

Good to see You,tara❤

The other UK transporter bridge was featured in auf weidersain pet series 3

I bet he wouldn't have videod at 11 o'clock on a Saturday night 😂

The artwork is awesome though

Where is the council, surely if they did regular rubbish pick-ups Pill would look a lot better, and there would be less rubbish eventually to collect!

Talk about luck, walking around pill and you haven't been mugged or stabbed.

I’ve lived in Brixton and Sreatham in saff London. I now live in the Port (I’m Welsh), so trust me when I tell you that Pill is cool and totally safe man.

Are they cheap houses that's the question ❓

I was brought up in pill and everyone got on with each other and then all the drugs came and it went downhill from then

I will defend pill. Moving out soon but it's my crackhead place and there's never a dull moment. Strong ties to the area

Newport looks like a ghost town:face-blue-wide-eyes:

Go there at night

Yeah Pill ain't great

When looking for housing if there are paintings on gable ends your stuffed look elsewhere .

Pill is not as bad as people are making out

It is a dump trust me pill is a bad place

The only good thing about Newport Shitty is....... The Road Out!
