The 80s was the best decade ever to be a kid. The cartoons and tv shows and movies. The music. The Casio keyboards and watches. The blissful ignorance of capitalism, climate change and the Cold War. Building dens. The innocence of first crushes (mine was Belinda Carlisle). And BMXs. (Nostalgic sigh…..)

You know it’s an AI voiceover when he pronounces Banana Man as ‘Bananamun’
and says ‘working out of Bristol;’ instead of ‘working in Bristol’

I lived above a post office/paper shop when i was a kid. I'd get me 50p pocket money, saturday mornings. I'd go and get a load of sweets crisp and pop then come back to the tv. A wall full of jars to choose from.

The Superted intro did not have to go that hard. It can still bring me to tears.

Mysterious Cities of Gold was my all-time favourite here! There are four seasons, the last three being produced in recent years, but the last two seasons are hard to come by, and I don't think there's an English dub of the fourth one. At least the story came to an end with the story of all seven cities of gold told.
