bad posture gang rise up

Aj I can’t thank you enough for your videos. They have helped me more than anything

I grew up riding with a kidney belt and still use one now they definitely help/prompt you with posture which helps with keeping your elbows high. I don't really see too many people using them these days

That 2 stroke sounded deadly

Pure Gold This One. Thank You

Good tips to engage lats and adductors!  Need to work on it

doesn’t know to push shoulders do that ! thanks coach Aless

I was rewatching footage from the training we had at River Valley and you touched on posture. Amazing tips. Awesome video as usual.

How do you keep your elbows up while pushing your shoulders down? Seems contradictory.

I really dig the GasGas 2 strokes. Especially the 150cc and the 300cc

Great work

Maybe a dumb question but wouldn't it be more beneficial for Cam to stand all the way through the corner to the jump and not sit down at all?

Was this in pennsylvania?

What exercises in the gym would you recommened for good posture ?
