With all due respect, this is really two separate shows. George Clarke and his renovation is one, of course, and the lady who takes us on tours is quite another. Both are very special, but need to be separated into two shows. I come here for George.

Gorgeous. One of my favorite make-overs. I especially love how George boosted Ian's confidence and integrated both of their style tastes, which actually worked quite well together.

20 years and although the design and styling looks dated, the genius is the architectural design is still the way we want to live, it hasn’t dated.

£75k !     that will increase the value by 150k.  Very clever solution this design and this property over looking London is possible well over 1 million.

Interviewer: Why did you become an architect?
George: I love demolition.

Incredible how what could be called a simple renovation and refurbishing can become so emotional and trigger so much joy and emotion.
This should bring us to rethink how some modern buildings do look like and how emotionally speaking barren they are.

Inspirational!!! A very clever renovation. And I am glad that the man of the house now knows his own self worth in his own decoration choices. Well done George for bring out his hidden but very definite sense of strong classical style. A really beautiful result.

The house now looks stunningly beautiful. Well done yet again, George.

Yes, old episode, but boy oh boy did George and the team have their work cut out! So many detail issues to overcome which they couldn't strip out.  The house looks amazing!  What a fantastic reconfiguration and renovation!❤❤

Looks high end, classy looking renovation, Congrats George!!

George Clarke is lovely.

its amazing the change in style in 20yrs
that paris "apartment" is probably 3-4 million now....and the mansion around 10-12 million

That couple are so childlike.

The kitchen is timeless, as are the bedroom and bathrooms.  Well done George!  Well done.  This is one of my top three favorites of this series.

As an American, I didn't "know" of George and this show until this past two weeks.  I subscribed after the first video.  I wonder what George is doing now?  I think a TV Special where George revisits the homes he redid for an update with the owners or even the new owners would be SO great.  George is an amazing architect!

❤❤charming couple  a beautiful elegant home now😊 love from Australia

My favourite show. Thank you. Architect George Clarke is doing a wonderful job and he has a beautiful character. Greetings from Germany.

Just luv the heart you put into these projects. Great problem solving skills and budgeting! You're an amazing talent

Horrendously Y2k design choices, but the structural choices like moving the stair return and the kitchen rework are very well done.

What an absolute triumph 🥰

Love what George does.❤
