Wow, that oil quenching mysteriously made that cog about 30-40% thicker............magic

Cool bike.👍 looks like the 1st wheels of younger Batman.

What a skilled man. I think your self confidence is 📈

If you were trying to harden the steel by heating it and quenching in that oil, I'm sorry to say, you did not get that steel near hot enough to harden it.. It Needs to be  between "1472–1652°F ( 800–900°C) Then you would need at least 2 cycles of heating to 400°F (204.44°C) to heat treat it.. Loved the video, nice build..

The process of building this bike is truly amazing! So creative and meticulous in every detail.

Cool looking lawn mower

Id pay to see this going 120 mph...😂

good for offroad since the back sprocket is tooo big. speed is slow but the torque is high. nice video!

Just when i think my fab skills are pretty good.. BoOm... guy makes his own gear box
Cool front end too.. nice work

I really like this one. I would love to have this one. I think it's really awesome and cool. Great job

your video is awesome the way you make it so smooth beautiful product

As an experienced mechaninc i can say that bleeding  an upside down brake calliper with a bleed valve on the bottom is realy amazing!

Beautiful work. Almost all the hardware with no lock washers ,fiber nuts or Loctite is definitely going to be a problem with all the vibration..

Great work. Lots of mechanical engineering knowledge here. A nagging issue with testicular overheating, but other than that, supper! Enjoy.
