pl explain the purpose of B and  F check valves.

7:50 140psi to 150psi my tanks are at and it only purges at 145 psi or more...I'm going to change the lines from compressor to air dryer hopefully that helps. Its the only thing I haven't changed. It could be the check valve but I don't know
