I learned how to do this one handed when I worked on boats. Plus for added security put an overhand knot in the loose end around it's neighboring part of the loop.

What is the bowline with two loops called and how do you tie it? I saw it once in boy scouts but never had a chance to learn about it. It’s not a double bowline it was a normal bowline but had two non-slip loops when completed. Thank you for your time and your content is amazing!
