*falls asleep to the music*
*slowly begins to wake up*
*hears a voice while freezing cold on a wagon*
"Hey you, You're finally awake"

"Do come baack!"

We'll all come back home eventually.

i remember sneaking to the living room at 11 years old, turning on the ps3 and playing this game for the first time. my dad told me not to; i was too young for it, he said. I didn't realize the volume was on, and when the title screen came up,  I woke my father up. He walks in and I'm scared ill get grounded, but instead, he laughs quietly and sits with me, lowers the volume, and teaches me how to do the first mission. 12 years later, it's still one of my fondest memories. We still play together !!!

Can we all have a moment of silence for our first Skyrim characters..

I remember like it was yesterday ... I was only 10 years old when a friend of mine from swimming classes recommended this game to me. Without knowing much about it, I asked my mom for it in my birthday and received a gift that totally changed the course of my life. I started playing Skyrim and little by little I became enchanted by the game, the beautiful snowy landscapes and the welcoming atmosphere made me love the same. I remembered every corner of the map, knew the npcs by name, loved all the music on the soundtrack and there was always a new adventure to explore, from the stone valleys of Markarth to the remote island of Solstheim, I fell in love with it all. I could build a house, get married, have children, learn more about that mysterious world and become the great hero that everyone needed, it was like a dream coming true. I remember spending several mornings at school sad and without mood because of constant bullying, but always being able to come home and having a moment of fantasy, a home in that game ... Over time, I became interested in lore, and consequently, I became interested in the medieval period. I started to read several books about the medieval period and I became interested in general history, and therefore, today I study to become a diplomat and be able to not only study history, but make history. And it wasn't just this, loving the music of the game, I started to become interested in classical music, listening to an old CD of Vivaldi's "Four Seasons" and falling in love with classical music, which made me change as a person. Skyrim changed me, I can no longer go back to the game and play normally because I have spent an eternity in that fantasy world and today I no longer have time for it, but I will never forget the times in which I became a werewolf, fought dragons, helped an ancient vampire to prevent the sun from being destroyed, raised a family and several other adventures that I witnessed in this masterpiece. Thank you very much, Skyrim.

I think one of the best feelings is when you spend hour fighting in some nordic or dwemer ruins where you have to constantly be on the lookout for danger, but then you exit that place and it's finally a moment of peace: there's no danger, no horrible death sounds, just a clear starry night, the sound of crickets and an amazing soothing soundtrack.

I miss Skyrim, I’ve wandered too far from home..

I hope when I die, there will be a voice saying "Hey you, you're finally awake."

My cousin's out fighting dragons and what do I get? Guard duty.

I come from a small forest town located in West Pomerania in Poland. Every summer, almost every weekend I put on waders and fish in the clean, cold forest sloughs. Then I think to myself that I am a character from an RPG game and I turn on ambient Skyrim on headphones. I am weird, but it cures my depression like nothing in this world.

Man, I remember when this game came out. I robbed a bunch of houses, got married, got arrested and had to break out of prison.
I also played a lot of Skyrim, as well

I feel like I almost lived a second life in this game.

The best thing in Skyrim is walking through the land and hearing the dragons in the distance.

Goodnight dragonborn legends, may your dreams be filled with memories

Remind me to come here after every stressful day I had,
to think about my childhood where everything was simple and innocent...
to forget this world and people,

to enjoy my second life in Tamriel,
to wake up on that caravan,
to cry
and repeat.
