“Totally fair”, “that’s fair” = I didn’t get the answer I wanted.

The defence are trying desperately to draw the most tenuous lines that the witness is just not playing to.

Any person with even a minuscule amount of law experience can easily tell which witnesses the defense are nervous about because they become hostile. It is very obvious the defense does not like this witness and if you watch kouri breathe, she did not either.

I’d love for her to help me with my planning!  Excellent at her job.

Bully defense methods don’t usually work

She reminds me of the psychologist from the Depp Trial. She knows what she does and she's damn good at it.

26:10 Kouri really thinks she's intimidating. What a joke! She really looks at the witness and other people testifying like they are the ones in the wrong. The enemies, when it's all her fault. I wish Eric would've got the boys and left when he first suspected that she had tried to poison him. He did the trust February 2021 and she succeeded in March of 2022. His gut was telling him something was going to happen. As for Lewis and Nester... they both need their heads knotted up. Especially Nester. The way she treats some of the witnesses with disgust and almost rage is infuriating. She acts like it's personal or something.

I know defense lawyers are generally unlikable because they're doing their job to defense their client, but this one takes to another level.   Incompetent, petty, and manipulative.  I guess she's a good fit for her client Kouri.

These defense attorneys wanna make it look like she was just bad with money, but she wouldn't kill her husband over it. Well the circumstances leading up to his death led Eric to take some drastic steps to protect his property and make sure his kids would be financially good. Usually men that trust their wives and thinks their good mothers wouldn't need to do it.

I noticed these defenses try to confuse the witness so they confuse the witness whatever they answer then they’re gonna try to impeach them because they’re lying and then they asked for Miss trial

Well that cross was ineffective. But nice effort I guess.
