Today’s video is about my visit to Rudy’s BBQ, located right next to a gas station in Texas! ⛽🍖 I think I found a real hidden gem!

I fell in love with the food, and I fell in love with the kindness of the staff all over again. Since my English isn't perfect, they were incredibly patient—showing us the food one by one and even using a translation app to help us order. 🥺❤ I truly want to thank them again from the bottom of my heart.

Thanks to the amazing food and their warm hospitality, I had such a happy day. 💛

I am a native Texan my family has been in Texas for 150years.  And while I had nothing to do with preparing this food I am so honored that you loved it. I’m so happy that you lovely sister had a nice time in Texas. Texans are very proud of their food ways and we love sharing the culture. May you be blessed everyday.

I hope the guy that helped them at the restaurant sees this video. That’s great customer service

It's saying something for a Korean to say they don't even miss eating kimchi. Having grown up in Korea, that's a huge complement to American cuisine!

About the cashier: In the South we say, “His Mama raised him right. “    If someone was rude, we’d say, “Mama tried. “

I have never believed in tipping for counter service, but this is a perfect example of someone at the counter deserving a tip!

I called up this restaurant location and told them to give that cashier a raise! They told me if I leave feedback through Rudy's website it will go to the higher ups who can make sure he's recognized for the great service.

Someone give that young man a raise! It is good to see the youth in Texas showing the old school Southern Hospitality.

I've worked in the hospitality/food industry for 20 years and I know how easy it can be to be frustrated by difficult guests or ones that do not speak basic English. This young man put a smile on my face. So patient and courteous, went out of his way to use a translator app. If he doesn't get a raise at his next review he should be offered a promotion. If neither happen, he should leave.

That young man is why America is great! Kindness and patience and making them feel welcomed 😊

Well this one started out SO much better than the last BBQ attempt.  That one was so hectic that our sisters got confused and didn’t get enough food.  Many thanks to the staff for being so helpful!

😂 I see that the little happy dance when a woman is really enjoying food is universal. Every woman I’ve known does that. I thought maybe it was just an American thing. I’m glad you are enjoying yourselves.
