Get ready for Lisa, Ozuna, Megan Thee Stallion, and DJ Snake collab song, SXY Girl, coming out on October 22nd. π
@kaylee4video 4 years ago (edited)
The girl that made her laugh at the end was Esther Yu and Lisa wasn't criticizing her. She wants the video because she really likes her. They actually met again in a later season of Youth with You. That show is no joke: they train non-stop and the performances are high quality.

She is a strict teacher .....she did hr job or else people will ask how come the dance performance comes out like this (poor) .... a teacher must screen everything
We cannot blame lisa cuz the programe "youth with you" send all the levels (good&bad// ) to her to train.

TOPIC: BLACKPINK LISA
Lisa is a thai, born in March 27, 1997 as Pranpriya Manobal (pronounce as manoban) but her parents later changed her name to Lalisa on the advise of a fortune teller. But what do Lalisa mean? translation: the one who is praise. She grow up comfortably in Buriram, Bangkok Thailand. Fame runs in their family because her dad is famous Marco Brushweiler, a renowed master chef in Switzerland and Thailand. Lisa came from a wealthy family (well every BP member do), they own a hospital and culinary school but doesn't mean growing up rich you'll be rich yourself. Our girl manage to take her own path and she auditioned in her home town Thailand for YG Entertainment, one of the Big 3 or the biggest Record Label and Entertainment Company in South Korea. She was the only one who passed the audition beating more than 4000 auditionees and went alone to South Korea in the age of 14. After more than 5 years of training she debuted in August 2016 as one the main dancer, lead rapper, and sub vocalist of BLACKPINK.
The American record labels and Korean record labels are completely different. In America, a label will scout you and pick you up as an artist. In Korea, you audition at a company in hope of being a trainee. If you pass and become a trainee, you train for years in sing/rapping and dancing and other things to debut. The company will then decide whether or not theyβll debut you in a group or as a solo artist. You debut with people youβve been training with. Blackpink started training together since they were 14-15 years old, trained for 4-10 years and they debuted in August 2016. Blackpink when signing contract in their company it states that they are fobidden in 6 things----- drinking, smoking, clubbing, driving, plastic surgery and dating.
The reason why Lisa now has bigger fandom, is that Lisa is one the kind of idol that attracts international fans with her kinda western vibe/swag that mostly kpop idol don't have. And it's okay to love her, to have bias on her or have bias on other member, but please don't spread hate to her or to other members or idols. She is my bias, not bc of her being swag and talented, but because of her huge and genuine heart.
WHY PEOPLE LOVES LISA MORE and MORE:
PROFESSIONALISM
she went to Milan for Prada's fashion show. Took a 12 hour flight back to SK, and from SK, took another 4 hour flight to Japan for their last Japan Dome concert that started just a few hours after she landed. But seeing her on stage during that concert you would never guess she just came from a 16 hour flight. Her energy was overflowing. She never ever gave less. And that is not the only time that she had back to back flights between countries to attend a show or interview or conference.
HER PASSION AND DETERMINATION
we may not see it all but even the dance practices of the group and her solo performances she gives 100% effort. Other members said they would train from 12pm-12am, but lisa would stay up until 3-4am to train. She keep herself grounded--with the amount of fame she is getting right now from all over the world, she remains humble. She doesn't think of herself as a big celeb. You would see her eat street foods, or stop by a small store at the sidewalk to eat ice cream, hang out with her childhood friends. She still does what normal people do. The first thing she post on her IG after attending fashion show is guess what? Her cats. It's her birthday, and what did she post on her IG story? Her cats. At the Elle mag interview, she said she feels happy rather than realizing popularity.
SHE'S GRATEFUL and APPRECIATIVE
if you didn't know, Lisa has the richest fans. Like really really rich. One fan spent hundred thousand of dollars for a birthday led ad on 9 Buildings in 9 cities in 9 days. She get the most expensive things during a fanmeet. But you know what, regardless of the price, Lisa would still jump for joy getting gifts from fans. There's no gift too grand or too simple for her (Unfortunately, on October 2021 YG Entertainment post a letter saying that Blackpink would never accept gifts from fans only written letters, BP want their fans to use their money for good cause and to people who needs help, like a donation or charity).
HER and BLACKPINK MEMBERS GENUINE HEART
Blackpink donated 40M won (33,580 USD) or 10M won (8,395 USD) each to the victims of fire in South Korea. In Dec 2018 they were awarded prize money of 20M won (16,790 USD) by Elle Styles Awards, but being angels they are they donated the amount to low-income and single-parent household in South Korea. Lisa donated 200K baht (5,975 USD) to the victims of flood in Thailand she donated it quitely and genuinely but the people around her can't hide how lisa was so kind and reveal it. She was scammed by her manager for about 1B won or (842,125 USD) but she didnt want anyone to know, to not worry and at the that time they're going to have their comeback so she keep it and settle it privately. She created a YouTube channel as a way to give back to her fans and pay the filming, clothes, materials and choreographer with her own money. Recently, YG released a limited Lisa photobook which was designed and curated by Lisa herself. Only 10,327 copies were available and all copies were sold out within 10 minutes of release.
Her inspiring story--every Lisa fan knows her story. How she left the comforts of her home back in Thailand at a very young age to seek her dreams from a place that's completely strange to her. There wasn't even an assurance that everything would work out. Imagine how hard it must be for a 14 yo to go to a place where you don't speak and understand the language, and culture that is very different from yours. And the company wouldnt allow anyone around her speak in english because her korean needs to improve quickly. But Lisa endured it all. And Lisa now speaks 5 different languages (Thai, Korean, English, Japanese and Chinese) and currently learning french. She is the only trainee with straight A's in rapping, dancing and singing during her trainee evaluation and she is the first non korean artist of YG ENTERTAINMENT.
She is the most followed Kpop Artist in Weibo and in Instagram with 63M followers. Most subcribed Kpop Artist in Youtube with almost 9M subcribers. She is a Dance Mentor in China. Fashion Jurer in France and Italy. Singer, Songwriter, Rapper and Dancer in South Korea. Lisa was named as one of the Most Influential Fashion Icons, One of the 7 Rising Styles, The 2018, 2019, and 2020 Best Dressed and The Contemporary Icon by VOGUE and was the only Kpop Artist chosen as the "Best Dressed by the Numbers" by VOGUE. Won the "Most Popular Person of the Year Award" and "Most Beloved Person" (The Standard) in Thailand and South Korea. Crowned as Asia's Most Beautiful Face by TC Candler. Named the "Firecracker Rapper" by GQ Mag (UK). The "Most Searched Female Kpop Idol" according to GOOGLE. The Richest 3rd Generation Female Idol despite being paid less among Blackpink because she's a foreigner. She is also the ambassador, representer and model of following brands:
CELINE (Muse/Global Ambassador), BVLGARI (Global Ambassador), Mac Cosmetics (Ambassador), PRADA (Face and Muse), Michael Kors, Mulberry, AIS Thailand,
Penshoppe, Adidas My Shelter, Ragnarok M: Eternal Love game, Moonshot Cosmetic, NYSCPS Oral Care, Candy Crush Friends Saga, Nonagon, HuaGuo
Qingru Yogurt Drinks (China), Downy China, Dentiste, Samsung Galazy A10, Vivo, and blackpink recently invited by United Nations to be an ambassador. She recently broke 2 guiness record for most viewed music video in 24hrs by a soloist with 73.6M views surpassing Taylor Swift and fastest music video to reach 100M in just 1 day and 2 hours. She was the only Kpop Artist chosen as Best Dress by VOGUE

SINXITY: "It is clear that Blackpink's Lisa is the best artist of this generation that entertaintment industry can produce. She has talent | skill | attraction | effort and personality. All her stats are nearly perfect. During her time as a trainee, the monthly evaluations were not contests but performance itselfs. No one even asses her evaluation. People just appreciated her. No one hated her performance rather enjoyed it. Even though she's a natural-born performer, you can still see her efforts. The growth of a young girl far way from her family and alone in Seoul, it's amazing and beautiful".
