Dr Agten, I have learned a lot and improved confidence in MSK radiodiagnosis from watching nearly all your videos from the 1st episode. Have had recourse to rewatch many. But this video here is a paradigm shift. It would have been a simple thing for me to design and run a double blind study with the orthopedic dept in the tertiary centre I used to work in my country but I have relocated and now work in private practice. Still, I think one can come up with a sort of double blind study: 2 MSK Radiologists oblivious to each other's report and using the Ortho Clockface mark locations of clefts, sublabral holes (i think foramen or deep clefts is better) and tears. Then wait for postlaparoscopy findings and correlate. You should be the 2nd reader of such study. Now that it seems what we used to call pathology may be normal variant, sample study volume may be arbitrary at 100 hips.

The o'clock stuff is so annoying -- first making 3 o'clock anterior no matter what and then using the transverse ligament for 6 o'clock. This is one of the areas of radiology where an AI tool would be really beneficial. Would be interesting to see that "50% asymptomatic labral tear" study redone with the orthopedic clock. I also wonder if  there's an analogous clock misregistration with the shoulder.

ive seen the same finding at 3 oclock sooooo many times and in the literature I got the impression that it should be called chondrolabral separation and thats what I did. (or tear)

Why don't you use sublabral foramen, like in the shoulder, instead of the term "hole"?

I have undiagnosed hip pain and literally cannot walk for 3 years, scans found zero problems. Could you review images please? I have run out of options in my country, and of course i would pay for the service. Or at least can you refer me to someone you trust?
