Poor guy was a scapegoat for so many things. Good episode. I enjoy when lesser known members of royal households are covered ❤.

He is the spitting image of his mum, Queen Alexandra!

Fascinating life. He's been blamed for so many things over the years, it has become hard to know where to draw the line between truth and fiction. A request if it interests you. You have created biographies for David (Edward VIII) and Bertie (George VI) so how about one video covering the late Queen's three other uncles, Henry, George and John and her aunt, Mary the Princess Royal. Theirs were interesting and in some cases, tragic lives and one detailed video would do them justice. Henry was solid, reliable and imbued with a sense of service and duty as was Mary. George's tragic death ended a life of excess and John, almost purposely forgotten by his parents, is a figure of great sadness.

I don't know why anybody even mentions the fact that he was a suspect and the Jack the Ripper murders because that theory didn't come up until like the 1970s. You can easily look at the court circular and I believe Prince Eddie was in Balmoral for two or three of the motors so he couldn't have done it. So that was disproving a long time ago..

Poor dim Eddy. Gets blamed for everything. But It’s undoubtedly better for England that his brother became king.

A strange life story. Lots of controversy, and yet no way of knowing if any of it really happened or not. Thanks. This really contained a lot of things I hadnt expected.
